Job Overview
The fastest growing department in the store is the digital department, or business development center, or as we call it, the toy box! Our digital department needs a manager to motivate the team, fill in the gaps, and plan to the future by analyzing the past!
Reports To General Manager
From content creation to PPC advertising to developing solutions to our unique problems, the Marketing Manager is in charge of maintaining consistency throughout our advertising efforts and making sure the team is ready for anything.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Make a monthly advertising content plan
- Manage paid advertising campaigns
- Analyze monthly conversion numbers
- Make process improvements whenever you can
Qualifications
- Marketing Experience Preferred
